Six Steps to Register

Create Your Account

You'll need your full name, email, registration number/license, and date of birth.

Access Your Dashboard

Your dashboard shows all your applications, batch assignments, and important dates.

Check Your Application Status

Track the progress of your application in real-time—from submission through final approval.

You'll receive email notifications at each stage (pending, under review, approved, etc.).

Confirm CCEF Life Membership

Ensure your CCEF Life Membership is active and in good standing.

Life Membership is a prerequisite for all CCEF programmes. Renew if expired.

Prepare Your Professional Photo

Upload a professional passport-style photo that meets CCEF specifications (see details below).

White background, 80% face visible, minimum 450×350px, JPG/PNG format.

Complete the Application Form

Fill out the detailed application form with all required information and documents.

All fields marked with * are mandatory. Ensure all PDFs are clearly legible.

Tip: Use a neutral background (white wall or professional studio photo). Ensure the photo is well-lit, clear, and recent (within the past 6 months).

Uploads cannot be saved mid-form. Once you begin the application form, you must complete it in one session. Have all required documents (PDFs of certificates, licenses, transcripts, etc.) ready before you start. If you need to step away, your session may expire.
