Dr Keerthi Agarwal
MBBS, FCCCM
Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, India

My FCCCM journey began in 2017. What started with uncertainty slowly transformed into confidence through rigorous training, mentorship, and real-life critical care experiences. The course strengthened my clinical judgment, helped me make better decisions for critically ill patients, and turned fear into courage in the ICU. Today, I work as a Junior Consultant in Cardiac Critical Care and am part of the Clinical ECMO team. Looking back, pursuing FCCCM was a defining step in my career. To future students—embrace the journey, stay curious, and trust the process. Critical care is challenging, but the impact you make on patients’ lives makes every effort worthwhile

2017
Dr. Suman Banerjee
MBBS, FCCCM, EDIC, AFIC, FICM
Pushpawati Singhania Research Institute, New Delhi, India

I had been working in ICU for several years before enrolling in the FCCCM course, where I graduated as the topper. The structured curriculum, rigorous training, and high-quality teaching significantly strengthened my clinical foundation and transformed the way I practiced critical care. When clinicians encounter a well-designed curriculum, their diagnostic reasoning begins to run like a well-tuned algorithm rather than scattered intuition. That shift often feels like flipping a hidden switch in the brain. Following the course, my professional journey progressed steadily, and I went on to lead the Medical, Neuro-Surgical, and Post-Liver Transplant ICUs at PSRI, New Delhi. Within CCEF, I currently serve as Faculty, Examiner, and Secretary of the Scientific Council, and I was recently appointed General Secretary of the College. I have also subsequently completed the EDIC. The FCCCM program has been truly life-changing for me, and I strongly vouch for the quality of its teaching and curriculum.
